Dear BBFC Home Entertainment Customer,

We are pleased to announce we are improving the way content is submitted to us via Globus. 

From Monday 10 April, you may upload home entertainment content to Globus directly via the BBFC extranet. The benefits include an easier user experience and access to tools that are not available on the Globus website.

The new Globus upload system on the BBFC extranet will not disable the method of uploading via the Globus website, allowing you to switch to using the service on the BBFC extranet at a time that is convenient for you. 

In order to use the embedded extranet system from 10 April, extranet administrators should enable the new "uploader" role on the user management page for users they are authorising.

If you already use Globus, you will not need to change anything to use the embedded extranet system.

Updated help documentation and videos about the new embedded system on the extranet help section will be available on 10 April.
