There are scenes of strong sex, which include genital nudity. There is verbal reference to a 'gangbang' before multiple men in their underwear stand over a sex worker, who kneels before them while stroking her clothed crotch.

There is a scene of sexual assault in which a man grabs a woman from behind to use her as a human shield before offering her to two gunman. One of the armed men sticks his hands down her pants where it is is implied he penetrates her with his fingers, without her consent, before putting them in her mouth. There are scenes of sexual threat in which a sex worker is violently pulled inside a hotel room by a client and a number of men try to coerce two sex workers into group sex. There are also scenes in which a pimp uses verbal, physical and financial intimidation to manipulate two women into performing sexual acts on clientele he has picked for them.

There is a scene of strong violence in which a person is shot and blood spurts from his neck. There is a sustained scene of threat in which two men threaten a group of people with shotguns after physically assaulting their friend and holding her hostage in their hotel room. There is a scene in which a man jumps off a balcony after threatening to kill himself during an argument with his girlfriend. He ultimately survives, however there is an aftermath image of his unconscious body lying on the ground. There is use of strong language ('motherf**ker', 'f**k') and use of milder terms ('nigga', 'bitch', 'ass', 'shit', 'tits', 'dick').
