A person's coat is seen stained with blood in the aftermath of violence. There is also sight of bloody sheets and towels after a woman has an abortion.

There are distressing scenes in which people are threateningly force fed and become seriously ill. Upsetting moments occur due to bereavement. A woman undergoes an illegal abortion carried out by a nurse.
