A woman, tied to a tree, has her clothes partially torn off by a man, and has a man's head thrust between her legs. A man's underwear is pulled down by a gang of other men as he is held down. There is an illustrated image of a woman being raped by a male soldier.

There are scenes of restaurant diners of all ages eating human excrement which is produced by three men in full view of the room. A cult-like group worship faeces. There is a scene in which a couple have sex wearing bloody bandages, which gradually fall away. There is breast and buttock nudity and crude verbal references to sex.
