The Run

Several story paths contain a gory sequence in which a person punches their fist into another person’s abdomen and pulls out bloody viscera. Other outcomes feature bloody shootings, stabbings and impalements, as well as cutting of throats and breaking of necks. One outcome shows a person being drowned in a pot of boiling water, resulting in sight of minor burn wounds. In others a dog is killed, although the act itself occurs off screen.

People are stalked, chased and attacked by killers wearing skull masks during sustained scenes of threat and suspense. Depending on the story path chosen by the audience, a flashback may show a killer pouring fuel over a pair of terrified captives and setting them alight, resulting in aftermath sight of charred skeletons.

There is infrequent use of very strong language (‘c**t’), as well as more frequent use of strong language (‘f**k’). Milder terms include ‘prick’, ‘dick’, ‘bitch’, ‘shit’, ‘bastard’ and ‘asshole’.

Infrequent moderate sex references may include a crude reference to penis size and mention of unprotected sex.

There are brief non-graphic references to drug misuse.

A flashback image depicts the aftermath of off-screen suicide, without strong detail.

Occasional gory injury detail includes bloodied corpses, gruesome wounds and exposed viscera.
