A short flashback scene shows one woman slashing another’s throat, with strong bloody detail, and groping the victim’s breasts as she dies. In other flashbacks, a man accidentally strangles a woman to death while engaging in erotic asphyxiation. Blood gushes from a man’s neck as another person repeatedly jabs him with a syringe gun. A supernatural entity is stabbed in the throat with a shard of glass, causing black blood to spurt from the wound. There are gory images of tearing skin during a zombie attack sequence.
