The film includes strong and often sadistic violence. In one scene, a man whose eyeballs have been forcibly removed is goaded to fight by a criminal who stabs him through his hand before slicing his throat, followed by blood gushing from the wound. In another scene, a man whose stomach has been previously opened up is repeatedly kicked on the wound before his head is grabbed and slammed back against the ground. People are decapitated, accompanied by blood spurts. A criminal is wrapped in barbed wire, and which twists into his flesh in close-up after a baling machine is switched on.
