The Ninth Passenger
THE NINTH PASSENGER is a Canadian horror film in which a group of people on a yacht become stranded and dock on an island where they soon discover they are not alone.
There is use of strong language ('f**k') and use of milder terms ('bitch', 'shit', 'dick', 'hell', 'God').
There are scenes of drug misuse where people snort cocaine.
There are scenes of strong injury detail where a person falls to the ground with a spear sticking through their face, another realises he has a knife in his chest and a group of people walk past a dead body. There are also images of blood smeared on walls, floors and a boat's windscreen.
Strong threat includes a group a people being terrorised by large creatures who stalk them on a yacht and an island. Some people are pulled under water and attacked off-screen.
This work contains flashing images which may affect viewers who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy.
There is a fight scene containing moderate violence where a person is hit in the face with an ice box and another's head and is slammed several times into the side of a boat.
