The Little Girl of Hanoi

There is brief documentary footage and dramatised sequences of war violence, including planes being shot out of the sky, but without strong detail.

A woman desperately tries to gather babies and transport them to safety as a kindergarten is targeted by bombs, however, the building begins to collapse around them during a distressing flashback sequence. A woman and an unconscious child are trapped beneath rubble following a bombing campaign. Air-raid sirens sound across a city, causing scared characters to quickly seek shelter underground.

There is infrequent use of very mild bad language ('hell').

Wounded soldiers sporting blood-stained bandages walk along a road. There is sight of a small streak of blood around a dead person's mouth. Characters cover a dead child with a white sheet, however, this is brief and undetailed.

A little girl appears upset as she wanders across her deserted neighbourhood searching for family members, however, other characters provide emotional support. Aerial camera footage pans across a city and shows the devastating structural damage caused by bombings. There are references to death and bereavement within a war context, including to the deaths of young children. These themes are handled sensitively.
