There is a fight scene in which a man is repeatedly slashed with a knife, accompanied by blood in the the aftermath. In another scene, an arrested man is whipped across his exposed buttocks and urinates during the beating.

There are scenes of drug misuse which emphasise marijuana smoking. Drug misuse is not condoned by the work as a whole.
There is also infrequent strong language ('f**k'), as well as milder terms (for example, 'bitch', 'piss', 'ass', 'damn'). There are also brief moderate sex scenes which include female breast nudity, as well as brief scenes of female rear view nudity seen in magazine pin-up photographs.
