An emotionally exhausted mother, unable to control her young son's volatile behaviour, slaps him several times and locks him in his room. A father and his adult son lash out at one another during an argument.

A man's desperate attempts to find money lead him to break in to what he thinks is an empty apartment, but he finds a young child there and restrains him to prevent the boy drawing the attention of others; however, the man has no intention of harming the child.
