A person is beaten to death, without graphic injury detail. During a crunchy fight scene, a woman’s head is repeatedly struck against a metal object. A police officer hits a suspect.

People are menaced, possessed or compelled to harm themselves during sustained scenes of supernatural horror. A frightened child is subjected to a dangerous medical experiment.

Bad language includes ‘shit’, ‘damn’, ‘hell’ and ‘God’.

There are scenes of ableist discrimination, including a sequence in which children with intellectual and physical disabilities are experimented on. However, discrimination is clearly not condoned by the film as a whole.

There is an undetailed verbal reference to a police investigation into a gang rape.

Several people are compelled by fantastical forces to self-harm or take their own lives.

There is strong bloody detail in the aftermath of deaths, as well as sight of blood splattering onto a wall during an off-screen killing. A morgue scene contains close-up sight of withered decomposing corpses.
