A man who appears to have undergone significant cosmetic surgery is shown attempting to staple his face back into place after it begins to bulge and sag grotesquely; the stapling sequence is not bloody or gory, but there is brief sight of bloody bandages on the floor of the operating room, and of a cat eating what looks like bodily tissue. Another video features brief bloody childbirth scenes, in addition to undetailed sight of people who appear to be dead or dying.

There is brief comic breast nudity, when an elderly woman flashes her chest at a singer on stage. Brief partial rear nudity occurs when a plastic surgeon is shown assessing the thong-clad behind of a female patient.
