In sequences of bloody and gory violence, a killer repeatedly hits others across their heads with a hammer and then proceeds to carve up their bodies and eat their flesh and organs. There are also other strong moments of violence, such as shootings and fight scenes.

A man pushes a woman's face against a wall and aggressively threatens her. Other scenes of threat include a man, implied to be suffering from PTSD, having intense flashbacks to his time serving in the army.

Use of very strong language ('c**t') and frequent strong language ('f**k', 'motherf**ker') occurs. Milder terms include 'pussy', 'slapper', 'prick', 'bitch', 'slut', 'twat', 'piss' and 'arse'.

There are uses of 'f**k' in a sexual context as well as references to 'hard-ons' and to a woman's breasts.

There is use of the homophobic word 'poof' as well as aggressive uses of the term 'gay boys'. A police officer behaves in a sexist manner towards both his female colleague and a witness.

People snort cocaine and there are frequent references to drug deals and dealing. A man upsettingly describes how a teenage girl died after taking Ecstasy at a club.

A man makes a threatening sexualised comment to a woman.

Scenes contain disturbing and gory sight of mutilated body parts and bloody internal organs. Violence is accompanied by substantial bloody detail and grisly injuries. Dead bodies are seen in the aftermath of war.
