threat and horror
A short sequence of grainy footage of the aftermath of racing driver Niki Lauda’s 1976 Nürburgring crash shows frantic activity surrounding a burning car while an announcer explains that Lauda is still inside. The sequence is concluded reassuringly, however. Another segment discusses a ‘traumatising’ period of public antipathy during which Prost suffered harassment such as spitting, death threats and destruction of property.
language
There is infrequent use of strong language (‘f**k’); milder terms include ‘merde’ and ‘jerk’. A scene contains brief references to Prost having been referred to by the derogatory nickname ‘the dwarf’ during a period of public censure.
additional issues
Prost speaks briefly about his grandmother having survived the Armenian genocide, during which her father and seven brothers were ‘slaughtered’; there is no further detail, however.

theme
There are references to a near-fatal crash; this includes undetailed footage showing the driver inside the wreckage. References are also made to a man's terminal illness and death.
additional issues
During an interview, a man makes a sexist remark when asked about the lack of female motorsport drivers. These attitudes are contextualised by the dated nature of the footage and are clearly not endorsed by the episode as a whole. A racing car swerves after its tires explode, cars flip over and debris is scattered during brief scenes. Very mild bad language ('God') occurs.
