Political War

Characters are slashed with knives and beaten with hockey sticks during a politically and racially motivated violent attack by an armed gang. The gang later corner an unarmed man in a room and knock him to the floor where he is repeatedly hit, kicked and slashed with a bladed weapon. Real violence is briefly seen in a short news clip.

Armed gangs mark crosses on people's homes with the implication being that they will be targeted with violence at a later date. There are moments of gun and knife threat.

Use of very mild bad language occurs ('hell', 'God' and 'darn').

A news report contains details of the real racist murder of a man by a police officer in the United States. There are frequent references to conflicts between religious groups and characters display violent behaviour and discriminatory attitudes towards those of different religions and castes. Discrimination is not endorsed by the work as a whole and characters express disapproval of these behaviours.

Blood spurts onto a man's face as he slashes a character with a knife. Scenes contain sight of dead bodies with bloody injuries in the aftermath of violence.
