A man who suspects another of becoming infected with the zombie virus, smashes the latter's head repeatedly against the side of a truck and, it is implied, forces a metal implement down onto the man's head.

There are sustained scenes of threat as people are pursued and menaced by a relentless zombie horde.
There are scenes in which people, who find themselves in a hopeless position, point a gun on themselves, but these do not result in suicide.
