There are frequent fight scenes during which people attack each other with bladed weapons, slashing and producing large spurts of blood. Other instances of strong violence include a woman’s throat being slashed, a person’s head being slammed roughly into a wall, and people's heads and limbs being severed, leaving bloody stump wounds.

Character’s lives are threatened by vicious enemies wielding swords.

There is use of mild bad language (‘bloody’) in addition to milder terms such as ‘hell’.

A man and woman are seen in bed together in a scene that is implied to be post coital.

A man discriminates against another because of his disability, sexist comment are made occasionally, and there is a brief reference to the caste system. The film challenges perceptions around caste discrimination, and as a whole does not condone ableism or sexism.

There are multiple prolonged scenes in which women are threatened by gangs of men, pushed to the ground and their clothes torn off. Some of these sequences end with implied rape, though they are visually discreet and sexual violence occurs off screen.

A woman’s murder is made to look as though she has taken her own life.

Gory images are visible in the aftermath of violence, including blood spurting from a man’s arm stump after his limb is cut off, and the legs of a dead body seen sticking out from a large pot, with grisly detail of the wound where the person’s foot has been cut off.
