There are sustained scenes of strong bloody violence, including gun fights, stabbings, repeated punches and kicks, head slams, blade throwing, throats being cut and people being strangled. In one scene a man's finger is severed in slow motion detail. People are bashed with improvised weapons, a man is stabbed in the eye, another man's head is split in half with a machete. Somebody impales their throat on a row of metal spikes and their blood is seen flowing down a waterslide in the aftermath.

A teenager is tied up and put into a car by a group of villains. A gunman slowly approaches a group of children with his weapon pointed at them.

There is strong language ('f**k', 'motherf**ker') accompanied by milder terms including 'bitch', 'son of a bitch', 'ass', 'asshole', 'shit', 'piss', 'Jesus' and 'Christ'.

A man shouts aggressively that he needs a translator when speaking to a group of people whose first language is not English.
