People are shot, stabbed, slashed or beaten, occasionally resulting in bloody detail. A child is suffocated to death and another’s arm is severed with a cleaver, all without graphic visual detail. A fleeting flashback to the murder of a baby shows a cloth being pressed against the infant’s face. A fight scene features a brief and undetailed eye-gouging sequence.

There are strong and sustained scenes of threat - often directed towards frightened young children - involving kidnapping, human trafficking and illegal medical experimentation.

Bad language includes ‘chutiya’, ‘shit’, ‘saala’, ‘screwed’, ‘damn’ and ‘hell’.

Infrequent references to drug misuse, dealing and addiction include a scene in which criminals force kidnapped victims to swallow pellets of drugs as part of a smuggling operation.

A brief but disturbing scene shows a kidnapper attempting to rape a female captive before another person intervenes. Other scenes contain non-graphic verbal references to sexual violence and abuse.

There is brief sight of a dead body lying in a darkly-lit pool of blood in the aftermath of off-screen suicide.

There is occasional sight of blood and bleeding wounds in the aftermath of violence, as well as brief images of the undetailed dead body of a baby, largely concealed within a plastic bag. A hospital sequence shows a sick child coughing a large amount of blood over her chin.

The film contains upsetting scenes related to child death and bereavement.
