There is a scene implying sexual coercion between a character and a celebrity; they are shown visibly distressed in the aftermath of a sexual encounter. A man makes a crude sexual gesture towards a woman in a public place. A character makes a passing verbal reference to rape.

There are references to a character planning suicide. A character briefly discusses their father's suicide. A person receives online comments encouraging them to take their own life.

The film features strong distressing scenes and a rising sense of emotional unease throughout. While undergoing mental health struggles, a character begins behaving erratically and in an antisocial manner, causing harm to themselves and others. It is implied a character is suffering from an eating disorder.
