A prolonged scene shows a conscious person being subjected to gruesome, bloody surgery during which internal organs and foreign objects are extracted from his body. In another scene, giant hooded figures are shocked in electric chairs, causing goo to pour out of their lower bodies and into the mouth of a monstrous being.
