violence
There are scenes of mild violence, including punches, kicks, shootings and stabbings in an action spy context, but generally without detail. At one point, a woman is slapped heavily by a man and falls to the ground. At another point, a man is fed a gas pellet, which causes him to rapidly expand and explode.
threat and horror
There are exciting chase sequences and explosions, as well as sequences in which people are placed in danger. For example, a character has to escape from a pool of crocodiles. The film also deals with the subject of voodoo and there are scary scenes involving black magic that some children may find frightening, including a 'zombie' character apparently rising out of a grave and a tied-up woman being threatened with a snake as part of a ritual.
language
There is mild bad language, including 'shit'.
sex
There are scenes in which men and women are seen in bed together, before or after sex, although sex is not shown. There are also some verbal references to sex, including the the importance of a woman reamining a virgin because of her role in fortune telling.
discrimination
There is use of the racial slur 'honky'.
drugs
The film's story centres around drug dealing.
nudity
The opening titles feature the usual silhoutte figures of apparently naked women, commonly seen in Bond films. There is also sight of 'glamour' shots of women, cut from magazines, in the background.
injury detail
There is limited sight of blood in the aftermath of violence and a scene in which a man is filled with gas and explodes. The scene is not realistic. A man's arm is cut to produce blood to attract sharks.
