- Occasional shootings occur, accompanied by large blood spurts. A heavily blood-stained character is shown lying on the ground in the aftermath of violence. A professional wrestler exchanges crunchy blows with villainous characters during scenes of hand-to-hand combat. There is use of mild bad language ('bastard', 'ass'), as well as very mild bad language ('damn'). Characters affected by leprosy are presented with grotesque-looking facial and bodily disfigurements, and people scream and flee in fear of being infected with leprosy. However, they are ultimately treated with sympathy. There are also scenes of gun threat throughout.
