LAST STRAW is a US horror thriller in which a young woman working a night shift at her father's remote diner finds herself fighting for her life.

violence
Scenes of violence include stabbings and bludgeonings which result in significant bloodshed. A person stabs another in the neck, before slashing their throat. A pregnant person is stabbed several times. Another sustains severe burns to the face and hands. Several dead bodies are seen surrounded by, and covered in, blood following brutal murders.
threat and horror
A young woman is menaced by several masked men as she works a night shift alone at a rural diner.
language
Strong language is pervasive throughout ('f**k', 'motherf**ker'), and is accompanied by moderate ('slut', 'pussy', 'bitch', 'dickhead', 'twat', 'whore') and milder terms ('shit', 'ass', 'asshole', 'bullshit', 'balls', 'Jesus', 'Christ', 'hell', 'God' and 'damn'). There is also use of rude finger gestures.
sex
Occasional crude references are made to sex, including a woman mimicking the sound of her partner's sexual moans. There are also references to pornography, penis size, rough and casual sex.
drugs
There are scenes in which a man smokes crack using a pipe, and two women share a joint. A man displays an addiction to prescription medication. There are also accompanying references to drugs and drug misuse.
additional issues
There are moments when threat appears sexual in nature, such as a man smelling a woman's hair, and making a reference to anal penetration; however, this does not lead to sexual violence. Some scenes also include aggressive discriminatory behaviour directed towards a man with Down's Syndrome by an unfavourable character, including use of the terms 'spaz' and 'mongaloid'. A woman suggests she might decide to terminate her pregnancy.
