Film

Jack The Giant Slayer

Contains moderate fantasy violence and threat

Violence
There is fantastical violence as humans and giants wage war against each other. In the extended battle that occurs towards the end of the film, human soldiers are hit by burning trees and giant cannonballs or stomped on by the giants. In return the giants are hit with arrows, including one which pierces a giant's tongue. One giant is also stabbed in the back and shoved against a wall so that the blade is pushed in, killing him. Two human characters engage in a knife fight with sight of the blade piercing a shoe and an implied stab to the stomach.
Threat and horror
There are scenes of threat in which creatures bite the heads off livestock and humans as they rampage about. These deaths occur either off screen or in the distant background and remain free of detail.
There is also some mild bad language, including uses of 'piss' and 'bastard' and some scenes of kissing between the two main romantic leads.
