HOWL is a British horror film about a small group of train passengers on the last train home, who must work together if they are to survive the night after they're attacked by mutant creatures.

There is strong gory violence with people being attacked by mutant creatures and werewolves, with the screams of victims, blood splatter and large pools of blood indicating the attacks. Gory sequences include sight of a disembowelled corpse and entrails, and a mutant creature being pummelled repeatedly in the face with a fire extinguisher. A woman is seen hanging upside down in a tree, with blood and gore exposed as monsters feed on her. Injury detail includes a very bloody leg wound with venous matter oozing from the wound.
