Sequences of very mild threat include a vengeful insect transforming into a villainous robotic man and threatening to destroy a human community. His face is later ripped off, revealing a scary mechanical skull. There are also chase scenes, vehicle crashes and animals comically eating other animals. The threat has reassuring outcomes and is often light in tone.

There are comic references to animals mating and creatures flirt with one another. Birds humorously poop on a car windscreen.

A teenage girl attempts to stop developers from causing environmental damage by jumping into a restricted area and moving explosive devices: however, she is quickly carried away from area and told how dangerous her actions could have been.

Upsetting scenes involve bereavement and the theme of humans causing environmental damage to animal ecosystems. Children turn a turtle onto its back, making it flail its legs around; however, another child quickly intervenes to help it.
