A killer slams his fist through a person's body so that it emerges through the victim's stomach. There are also scenes in which people are repeatedly stabbed, slashed and beaten. Improvised weapons (for example, a chainsaw) are used as murder weapons. A person is decapitated and limbs are severed. These scenes are accompanied by blood spurts, injury detail and blood in the aftermath.
