There are scenes of strong horror and threat, including depictions of a demonic spirt that has possessed the female character. There are several scenes showing demons, with black eyeballs, who attack the main character by stabbing or lunging at her, as seen from her point-of-view. There is also a scene of exorcism, in which the possessed victim is stabbed in the stomach, with blood and gory injury briefly seen. There is a scene in which the same character pushes her thumbs into her grandmother's eyeballs, after she is whipped by the woman with the belt.

Breast and buttock nudity is seen when a character searches the internet and finds some images of female models. There is also a scene showing a man having sex with a woman, and some strong sex references, including to masturbation and pornography.
