A man rips the top from a woman, exposing her breasts. He picks her up bodily and places her next to an unconscious man to take photographs to make it look like they have had sex. It is implied a man wants to have sex with an underage female and there are repeated undetailed references to rape and child sexual abuse. A female prostitute tells a man he is welcome to beat and torture her and, in a different encounter, a man slaps another prostitute repeatedly around the head.

There is sight of a bloody severed arm and the bloody torso it has been ripped from. A woman cleans heavily bloodied bedclothes after, we are told, a couple have had sex. We see the breasts of a topless female dancer in a club. There are strong sex references and sight of a man and a several clothed women on or around him, thrusting. We see what appear to be real life images of dead or injured whales on a TV set.
