Violence
Scenes of violence include a throat slashing, a gunshot resulting in a heavy blood spurt, and aftermath sight of a man whose eyes have been cut out. There is also a sequence in which a couple take a family hostage in their own home, perform a ritual involving magic mushrooms, and then initiate sex with the wife. During this scene, they pause to humiliate the husband by having the wife thrash his bare back. There is some ambiguity as to the woman's consent in participating, and a child is present for most of the sequence.
Nudity
There is brief sight of an erect penis during a scene of violence, as well as some female genital and breast nudity.
There is infrequent use of very strong language ('c**t') and strong language ('f**k'). Other, milder bad language includes 'prick', 'whore', 'bloody', 'bugger', 'shit', 'bastard' and 'arse'.
