Film

Eurocrime! The Italian Cop & Gangster Films That Ruled The '70s

strong bloody violence, sexualised violence

Violence
Images of strong bloody violence include a close-up shot of a knife cutting off a man's penis, leaving a heavily bloodied wound. Clips from various films show men being shot, with bloody spurts from the bullet impacts, as well as bloody aftermath images of bodies with open wounds. There are also some clips showing sexualised violence, including bare-breasted women struggling with men, being struck or threatened. Bare-breasted women are seen hanging from their wrists from a chandelier and a woman is threatened with having a large branch used as a 'big wooden dildo' on her by a gang of men. A woman is forcibly stripped to expose her breasts and groin as a man announces that they are going to rape her the 'right way' and turn her face down. Another woman is forced, face first, into an open animal carcass as a man thrusts into her from behind.
Other issues include references to 'piss torture' and a montage of film clips in which men appear to urinate on other men or on the back of a woman who is face down with her buttocks exposed. There is some mild bad language with uses of 'bastard' and 'shit'.
