Enemy Territory

There are bloody shootings and stabbings, as well as strangling and beatings. A man cuts his own hand ritualistically.

People in an apartment building are terrorised by a gang who threaten them with violence and death. There are scenes of gun and knife threat and a person is attacked with a drill.

There is strong language ('motherf**ker', 'f**k') as well as milder terms including 'bitch', 'dick', 'shit', 'asshole', 'ass', 'balls', 'tit', 'screw', 'God', 'damn', 'Jesus', 'Christ' and 'hell'.

It is implied that a couple in bed together has been interrupted during sex; there is partial breast and buttock nudity that is obscured by sheer curtains. Illustrations on a wall show different sexual positions.

Characters use racist terms to refer to people of different ethnicities; these include 'zulus', 'mau-maus', 'slants' and 'ghost'. Racism is not condoned by the work. There is also use of the discriminatory terms 'crip', in reference to a wheelchair-bound person, and of the homophobic term 'sissy'.

A woman is pinned to a bed by her throat and threatened with sexual violence by gang members who want information from her; a man touches her face and neck as he threatens her, but the attack goes no further. A woman is pursued by a gang who, it is implied, intend to sexually assault her, but she escapes. Verbal references are made to rape.

Bloody injury detail is shown in the aftermath of violence, included repeated shots of a man with gruesome head and facial wounds.
