A man slashes the arm of another and rubs salt into the wound. A fight sequence features repeated blows and individuals are punched, kicked, headbutted, stabbed and bitten.

There are tense moments when characters are threatened or attacked by aggressive dogs. A person is forced to crash their car after their brakes fail.

There is infrequent use of moderate bad language ('son of a bitch') and midler terms such as 'bastard' and 'damn'.

There are references to animals mating, sexual arousal and pornographic magazines.

Characters make sexist remarks.

A bite wound is seen with some bloody detail and later seen infected. There is aftermath blood from injuries. A corpse is seen briefly. There are scenes showing dead animals, including decomposed remains.
