DREW PETERSON: UNTOUCHABLE is a US drama, based on true events, about a police officer who comes under renewed scrutiny for his ex-wife's murder following the mysterious disappearance of his fourth wife.
violence
The film dramatises the story of now-convicted murderer, Drew Peterson, and the events leading up to his arrest following the disappearance of his fourth wife in 2009. There are scenes of domestic abuse in which he is violent towards his wives, sometimes in front of their children, as well as exerting coercive control over them - and other women. In one scene, his third wife is found dead in a bathtub, which is depicted with no injury detail. In another, it is implied that the body of his recently-disappeared fourth wife is hidden inside a barrel.

additional issues
There are references to sex, including a man referring to himself as 'Big Daddy'. A couple having sex under a duvet are interrupted by the arrival of their young son who, it is implied, the man exposes himself to. An unsavoury male character repeatedly expresses misogynist views about, and towards, women. There is use of moderate ('bitch', 'screw'), mild ('son of a bitch', 'bastard', 'crap', 'piss', 'ass'), and very mild ('moron', 'jerk', 'hell', 'God' and 'damn') bad language. A man is hospitalised following a drug overdose which is thought to have been an attempted suicide.
