There are fights and shootings, which are generally in keeping with other Sean Connery Bond films. However, some elements of violence are stronger and more sadistic than might be expected, including Bond ripping off a woman's bikini top and strangling her with it.

There are some threatening scenes, including when Bond is trapped in a coffin in a crematorium and is about to be burned to death.
language
There is use of moderate bad language ('bitch'), as well as milder terms.
sex
There are some mild sex references and innuendo. There is sight of people in bed together, either before or after sex. Sex is not shown.
discrimination
The film features two gay male villains who are portrayed in a stereotyped manner which some viewers may find offensive.
nudity
There is very brief breast nudity when Bond tears off a woman's bikini top and strangles her using it. In keeping with other Bond films, the opening titles include silhouettes of apparently naked women.
