Verbal references are made to a battle of the sexes on Mars. Two men, one of whom has been brainwashed, engage in a frantic fistfight and trade blows. A man attempts to shoot an alien, but to no effect. People also attempt to electrocute the alien, rigging up wires to a metal door handle, but this has no effect on her. A man disappears after being shot with a laser gun.

Scenes include people in states of distress when an alien spacecraft descends to Earth, blowing up an aeroplane in the process. People are startled by an alien robot which destroys objects with a laser, and there are threats of death. An alien woman states that Mars needs "new blood" from men to help reproduction.
