A man slaps his young son for perceived misbehaviour, making the boy cry. In another scene an argument between two men devolves into wrestling on the ground, but no visible blows are struck and neither man is injured.
A little boy asks various adults where babies come from but is told he’s too young to know. In another scene a couple are shown kissing and embracing while reclining on a riverbank. There are very mild upsetting scenes in which a dog searches for its elderly owner, who has passed away off screen. There are also scenes of smoking, reflecting the period in which the film was made, as well as use of very mild bad language (‘damn’).
