violence
In one scene, characters are stabbed through the head using a crowbar, with accompanying large blood spurts. Blood splatters onto people’s faces during a sequence of off-screen violence. A man under the influence of demonic forces stabs himself through the hand, however, this is brief. Infrequent visual and verbal references are also made to domestic abuse.
threat and horror
Unsympathetic characters sedate a woman in preparation for a forced abortion. Characters are disturbed by creepy apparitions who eerily whisper commands. There is an unsettling scene in which a factory worker chews on a bundle of nails, causing his teeth to fall out.
sex
There is a scene of strong sex, with accompanying riding detail and sexualised nudity.
injury detail
Characters discover a man's mauled dead body on the ground. There are extensive, grotesque injuries across his face and body, however, the darkly lit nature of the scene helps to mask much of the detail. There are images of dead babies.
nudity
Scenes feature sexualised female breast and buttock nudity. There is also natural genital nudity.
Infrequent strong language ('f**k') occurs, as well as moderate bad language ('bitch') and milder terms such as 'asshole' and 'God'.
