In a scene of strong bloody violence a man repeatedly beats a man's face until it caves in. A woman is stabbed with a dildo through the back of her neck, with sight of it penetrating through to her her mouth. There are also scenes in which characters are slashed with knives, and comic injury detail when severed limbs of murder victims are found.

There are frequent comic sex references throughout including to erections, 'jizz', BDSM, and to what a villain refers to as hardcore 'porn' acts such as 'gagging', 'choking', 'pissing' and 'gaping anus'.
