There are scenes in which people are stabbed, slashed, shot and eviscerated, often accompanied by blood spurts. In one scene, the top of a young man's head is sliced off. In another scene, people sheltering in a storm basement are torn apart off-screen, accompanied by a deluge of blood which pours out of the entrance of their hideout.
