Criminal

People are shot, stabbed and beaten in scenes which include blood spurts and blood in the aftermath. In one scene, a criminal pours salt onto an injured man's wounds.

The film contains strong and sustained threat in scenes in which a man and woman are stalked by a gang of criminals. There are also scenes in which people are threatened with weapons.

There is strong language ('choo lay', meaning 'c**ksucker'), as well as infrequent strong language ('chod'), and milder terms (for example, 'shit', 'bloody', 'damn').

There is a scene of strong sexual threat in which a sex criminal grabs and restrains a frightened woman, but she is eventually able to get free and defend herself. In another scene, a home invader makes a crude comment about masturbating to a photo of the female homeowner, then props the photo up in the arms of a bloodied corpse in order to look at it while he showers; no masturbation occurs on screen, however. There is a reference in a news report to a criminal having attempted to ‘rape’ a dog.

There are several scenes featuring dead and bloodstained men, as well as emphasis on strong bloody images, including blood on bodies.
