A woman is drugged and assaulted by a prison doctor who strips, gropes and fondles her while she is semi-conscious; it is implied she is raped. There is also a scene in which a man grabs at a woman with a pair of forceps, possibly penetrating her with them non-consensually.

Strong sex references include sound of couples having sex, descriptions of fairytale characters having sex and a scene in which a man and a woman play wrestle on a bed in a sexual manner. Violence includes bloody shootings.
