BROTHER'S DAY is a Malayalam language action thriller in which a man befriends a wealthy drunk whose daughter is being targeted by a vicious blackmailer.

Violence
A teenager kills his abusive father with a machete, resulting in strong bloody detail. In another scene a man watches with excitement as his dog attacks a naked, unconscious woman. The nudity is pixilated and the actual attack occurs almost entirely off screen. Further strong violence includes prolonged fight scenes featuring loud, heavy blows and sound of breaking bones, as well as a scene in which a man smothers a woman to death.
Threat and horror
There are scenes of strong threat when a terrified woman is kidnapped by a sadistic villain.
Sexual violence and sexual threat
There are sustained scenes of sexual threat when a man restrains a frightened little girl with the intention of raping her. The girl is freed before any further sexual violence occurs.
Injury detail
After a traffic accident, a teenager is seen with blood over his face and pooling around his head. There are multiple images of bloodied dead bodies, some of which are wrapped in plastic. A dog attack results in close-up aftermath images of a bloody bite wound on a woman’s arm.
