Stylised sequences of hand to hand fighting involves kicks, punches and headbutts, resulting in occasional sight of blood. A man makes another crawl on the floor with a collar around his neck and pretend to be a dog in order to humiliate him. A woman beats her son with a stick and pulls him by the ear; there are also verbal references to domestic abuse.

A man shouts at a woman aggressively during an argument, but this does not become physical. A man is pinned to a wall and threatened with violence and there are scenes or gun threat. A character struggling with anger management issues sometimes behaves in a volatile way.

There is moderate bad language ('bitch', 'prick'), as well as implied strong language ('mofo', 'f**k') and milder terms such as 'shit', 'ass', 'arsehole', 'bastard', 'bloody', 'screw', 'jerk', 'God', 'damn' and 'hell'.

Characters flirt with one another and there are verbal references to adultery.
