There is some mild comic violence, including a brief struggle between two men that leaves one with a slightly bloodied nose and a cut knee.

There are some comic scenes of threat, including when a woman wrongly thinks a man has kidnapped her son, whereas the man is actually her son in an adult body. There is also the sound of gunshots when a man checks into a hotel in a rough area, although the overall effect is comic.

There is infrequent use of strong language ('f**k'), as well as milder terms, including 'bitch', 'shit' and 'bastard'.

There are occasional moderate sex references, including a character being warned about a predatory woman in the office with the comment "Say hi and she's yours, she'll have her legs wrapped so tight you'll be begging for mercy''. In another scene a couple return to an apartment after a night out and the woman undoes and removes her blouse to expose her bra. The man reaches over and touches her clothed breast.

There is brief sight of a bloody nose and a cut after a comic fight.

Adult characters are seen smoking and drinking. A young character suggests buying some beer.
