A supernatural entity attacks victims using its claws, resulting in bloody wounds. A man throws an axe at another. Scenes also include hand-to-hand combat, use of improvised weapons, and comic moments of slapstick. There is a stylised painted representation of a demon being stabbed in the chest.

A supernatural entity menacingly pursues people and there are some jump scares. A giant demon is summoned during a ritual. Characters are shown under the influence of supernatural possession. Although scenes of horror are occasionally frightening and suspenseful, they are frequently broken up by comedy.

Infrequent strong language ('behenchod') occurs, as well as other terms such as 'saala', 'bloody', 'crap', 'God', 'damn' and 'hell'.

A scene includes comic sex references which briefly mention brothels.

There is infrequent use of the discriminatory term 'midget'.

Post-mortem images feature bloody injuries across victims' bodies. A person is decapitated by a flying piece of debris during a storm; the scene is dimly lit and lacks visual detail.
