A person is slashed with a blade. During a comic fight sequence people are bitten, choked and tackled. A man is beaten and his head is comically slammed into a wall in a scene of slapstick violence. People are occasionally slapped and smacked. It is implied that a woman is being domestically abused and is later threatened by a family member, though there is a reassuring outcome.

A character is repeatedly threatened with a blade, including instances in which it is pressed against their neck. A person passes out after becoming distressed and ill.

Moderate bad language ('prick', 'son of a bitch') is used as well as milder terms including 'piss', 'shit', 'freaking', 'God', 'hell', 'moron', 'damn', 'screw' and 'jerk'.

There are occasional verbal sex references and innuendos, though these are mostly undetailed and comic.

Two men attempt to prevent a woman from taking an exam in order to keep her in domestic servitude; this behaviour is condemned. Another man states in a derogatory fashion that he does not allow women to touch him. The term 'retard' is used.

People smoke marijuana joints in several scenes. When a woman refuses to join in, another person deliberately exhales smoke in her face, causing her to become intoxicated.

A person gets a cut on their head after being slashed with a blade, resulting in a small amount of blood. A person has a bloody bandage wrapped around their head. After being beaten, a man has missing teeth and a bruised eye.

In a comic scene, a man refuses to shower in a ladies’ bathroom for fear that someone will ‘screw’ him.

Rude humour includes burp jokes, a man being urinated on by a baby, and a person's soiled sock and underwear being used as a mouth gag.
