Below the Clouds

A woman calls an emergency operator in distress, reporting that her husband is trying to kill her. Although the instance is tense and upsetting, police are soon confirmed to have arrived at the scene. There are also verbal references to war and gang violence.

Calls to an emergency operator include anxious people reporting earthquake tremors. Black and white films depict people panicked amidst a volcano eruption.

There is use of moderate bad language ('whore') as well as milder terms ('damn', 'God').

Passing references are made to drugs and drug addiction.

Museum visitors are moved at the sight of preserved calcified moulds which formed over since-decomposed bodies of the victims of the volcanic eruption in the Roman city of Pompeii. Archeological digs also reveal human and animal remains; however, these are undetailed.
